Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Apex Nexora website, trials, and subscription services. A separate signed agreement or statement of work controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Trial and subscriptions

The Starter trial lasts 14 days, requires no payment card, and includes reasonable evaluation usage. We may limit abuse or usage materially outside the trial’s intended scope. Continued service requires a paid plan.

Pricing and offer

Starter is $299/month, Growth $799/month, and Scale $1,499/month; Enterprise is quoted. Implementation is scoped and billed separately. The introductory offer provides 20% off the first paid subscription month only ($239.20 Starter, $639.20 Growth, or $1,199.20 Scale), once per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide lawful content, appropriate system access, accurate instructions, and necessary permissions. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making decisions where human judgment is appropriate. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.

Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features and pricing may change prospectively; existing commitments remain governed by their applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and licenses for custom implementation deliverables are defined in the applicable statement of work.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided as described in the applicable agreement and otherwise on an “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law. Apex Nexora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the prior three months, unless law prohibits that limit.
