Privacy Policy

Apex Nexora collects only information needed to respond to inquiries, operate trials, moderate reviews, and provide services.

Information we collect

Forms may collect your name, email, company, message, selected plan, rating, and review. Our server may process technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting. Application logs use a one-way truncated IP hash and do not intentionally log form contents, email addresses, or names.

How we use information

We use information to communicate with you, provide and improve services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Review email addresses are private and never returned by the public reviews API. Reviews are not public until approved.

Storage and sharing

Submissions are stored in our application database. Optional email notifications may pass limited submission details through our configured email provider. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers supporting our operations or where required by law.

Retention and choices

We retain information while operationally necessary and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use access controls, validation, security headers, and operational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
